Blondage Color Depositing Mask for Rose Blonde

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a full disclosure I do not have any color in my hair at the present time. My hair is a light blonde. I have only use this once so far but I put it on for the 10 min for maximum results.... what I ended with was a very pale pink tint. It was very nice and subtle. If you already have rose gold in your hair I think this would help keep the color vibrant and extend the life of your hair color. For someone with no color on their hair it gave it a nice hint without being too overpowering. I would definitely recommend it

I really enjoyed the Blondage extender! I only get highlights done every 5-6 months or so, and I'm on about month 4 right now (everything's growing out). This mask is both easy to use and efficient — after one use I can already see a huge difference in my hair! I'm an avid Redken user for detanglers especially, but I'm going to be buying more of this product!

This is just like a hair mask— but it dyes your hair. I did just a strip at first to see and now I will totally be doing the rest of my hair. I live the color. Also it takes 5-10 minutes. Depending on if you want it subtle or not. I left it on for 10mins. It's so quick and easy. Plus no mess. I definitely will continue to purchase this and I highly recommend this product to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this stuff! Not only is it incredibly effective as a conditioning mask, the color is lovely! Violet-Rose ended up a nice bright pastel-ly color on me (I have platinum hair). The first time I left it on only about five minutes, and didn't towel dry my hair (as directed). this ended up a really lovely, but super light color. The next time I towel-dried my hair and left it on for 10 minutes, much brighter! I'm on wash number two now and it's sticking around. Oh, and it smells great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my red hair lightened to almost white so I could rock pastel lavender hair, and as the colors fade, I'm loving playing with all the options for refreshing it! I used this Redken Blondage Rose Blonde to add some shimmery pink tones to my periwinkle blue current hair and I love it. Next time I'm going to leave it on for the full time! It didn't stain my skin or shower, and it was a subtle enough color wash that it could easily be used frequently. I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm always looking for a new way to keep my pastel pink hair from fading, now I have a new favorite. You can control the amount of color by how long you leave it on, and how often you use the mask. On my platinum blond hair this was a cool pale pink, with absolutely none of the bubblegum hue that most "pastel" pink products tend to have. Smells fantastic and left my hair feeling soft and hydrated. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This conditioner helped to refresh the highlights in my naturally blonde hair. It also added a fun subtle pink tint to it as well. I focused more of the mask on the ends of my hair to make the pink brighter on the ends. I also have mixed this with regular conditioner to make it even more subtle, and it worked well. (It also makes it less likely to stain your fingers or the walls and floor of your shower.)

This mask provides a gentle coloring that allows you to switch up your look without the commitment of an actual dye job! I have balayage in my hair and it colored the lightest blonde in my hair to a pretty soft pink. It fades out after a couple washes and can be intensified in color if left on longer! Such a fun idea!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this mask! I have bleached blond hair with pretty long brown roots. I found the best way to use this for my best results, was to add to dry hair and wash out in shower. It can be brighter pink if you leave in longer, and lighter pink if less time. I love how it fades to lighter pink after a couple of days wear. I will definitely buy this in the future and reccomend to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant to try this, as I wasn't sure if it would work. To my surprise, it did work and lasted a while! This particular color was a vibrant color on my blond hair. It gave a really pretty rose gold tone to it, and I had compliments left and right. It does wash out and away after a while but you just simply re-do it! Highly recommend this product. Also, it has such a nice smell to it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gives a subtle pink color to your hair. It is great for a temporary fun color tint to your hair. I love that it's by a good brand as well. The application process is easy. If you want it to be stronger apply the conditioner to dry hair. Since this is a hair mask it does not dry out your hair like some of the shampoo versions. I hope they come out with more colors

I recently dyed my hair with #StrawberryLeopard in #Fire and it started to fade so I wanted something to use as a hair mask that would help transition as the color faded back to my natural blonde. #Redken’s Rose Gold mask was perfect. It’s merged the pinks and red shades and makes my hair feel super soft. I love that it only takes 5-10 minutes for a subtle hair glow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a product similar to the Redken Blondage Color Extend Mask – Rose Blonde previously and was not impressed so I was anxious to see the results of this product. I followed the instructions completely which included washing your hair and then leaving the product on for ten minutes. While I will give the product rave reviews for the conditioning treatment immediately the following day it did not seem as soft and smooth. I did have some light pink tones (not rose) in my hair but they were hit and miss around my head which was not the look I was going for with the product. I was hoping for a subtle rose tint to my hair. Overall, I was not as impressed with the product as I had hoped. I will continue to use the product to see what the results might be with the continued build-up of color. I will leave with one positive is that it was not staining at all which is a blessing with white tile and a white shower.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly, let me say that this color extend blondage mask did exactly what it was supposed to do. I would recommend that you are aware of exactly what it's supposed to look like at the end though. I was expecting more of an overall rose color, but when it was dry, it was rose with bits of blonde showing through. I went to the Redken site to see what it was supposed to look like, and it matched exactly, but to me, it looked like I tried to dye my hair rose and not all of it took. So, I have mixed feelings. I have straight hair and it definitely looked odd. I feel that it if you have curly hair, it will blend much more nicely and look lovely. One other thing that I didn't love was that you had to have wet, pre-washed hair, put it in, and then wash it out. I would have liked it better were I able to apply to dry hair and only wet it once. All this being said, it does exactly what it claims to do, but it's just not right for me.

It has a really nice light scent and it didn't irritate my skin or scalp at all. It didn't stain my skin or the bathroom surfaces. It did deposit a light pink color in my hair. It left my bleached hair so soft and my curls are bouncy. And next day curls still look amazing.

I always love the softening effects of the Redken color, depositing masks. However, if you’re looking for a really vibrant result, I would recommend going with a different product or leaving on for a few hours. The effects last very well for a few days and start to fade after a week. I thought this is a really fun temporary product! 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try this! I've used a lot of color depositing masks and conditioners and this isn't the best. It's not what I would call "rose blonde", it's pink. The color doesn't bother me, but someone else might be disappointed looking for a rose blonde and getting just plain pink. Most disappointing is that it's spotty. I've done this process multiple times, and normally prefer using the product on dry hair, but I followed the directions and used it on wet towel-dried hair. I used gloves and sectioned 1-2 inch strips and used a fine tooth comb, applied heavily and evenly and even with all of that, it's just plain spotty coverage. My hair is mostly very light blonde so that it didn't evenly coat looks odd. And having a conditioner mask on my hair for over 10 minutes means my hair should be VERY silky smooth afterwards, except my hair wasn't afterwards at all. You can see in the photo it looks frizzy and dull. I wish it was better, but it's just not great at all.

LOVE THIS MASK!!! ive been getting balayages and highlights for the past 3 years and was starting to get bored of my hair, so i decided to go pink!!! the first application my hair was a subtle rose gold but i wanted it a little more vibrant so i did a second application!! i love it!! and my hair smells so good

It's a little more rose gold than she likes but it worked great. It is super moisturizing and the color stayed for 2 shampoos. If Redken has a pastel pink color, I will definitely purchase it.

Not only does this add a beautiful tone to my hair, it also makes my hair incredibly soft and smooth. If you like changing your hair color for a night or two I highly recommend Redken!

It made my hair look great. I was disappointed it didn't add as much pink back into my hair as I would have liked. I will be buying more just not for the color.

I tried multiple times and left on the 10 min it said too. Never saw any increase of rose color. Did make my hair soft. Also smell was good.

But you can leave on longer if you want more. That is what is great about it is you can control the color saturation bases on YOUR needs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this on my client with blond hair. It took pretty unevenly, but worked out that most of the pink concentrated in the front. She loved it! I would say that it is pink-hot pink in color, definitely not violet rose. I did like the conditioning benefits it gave.

After rinsing out, my hair was softer and shinier than with any of the other products I've tried. I will definitely use this one again!

It didn't leave my hair feeling dry afterwards, but it really brought out the faded color in my hair. A great way to extend your color without using harsh chemicals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This depositing mask is great. I recommend leaving it in longer for the full effect. I have a blonde money piece and adding it to that section made it pop. It was a nice change without having to sit with color on for an extended amount of time.
