I really enjoying getting to use this conditioner; although I don't have color treated hair (my tiny piece of baby pink is gone since 2013), I really feel like this conditioner put a lot of moisture back into my ends. I really don't use heat on my hair and try to only for very special occasions, and I don't like coloring my hair as I really like my natural color. I focused this conditioner in my ends and just used the Redken All Soft shampoo twice a week. This kept my ends soft, easy to comb through, and made my hair smell fantastic. This conditioner costs $38 at Ulta, but it lasted me for a year! Great value, Redken always kills it! 5 out of 5!

It didn't work for my hair.

I have washed and used the conditioner five times in these past several weeks....I don't care for how it works for my fine hair. My hair does not have the same feel, nor does it stay "clean" looking as long. I've gone back to my "old" brand and then back to the "New" shampoo and conditioner again. The Redken just doesn't work for my fine hair. I was very disappointed, but I tried my best to make it work and make my hair look pretty. I am very saddened to not have a new product that didn't give my hair the "happiness" it needs. Thank you for the opportunity to respond to your product. I was not happy with how my fine hair responded.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide such thorough and honest feedback after multiple uses. We truly appreciate you giving the shampoo and conditioner a fair chance, even alternating with your previous brand to see if you could make it work. We're genuinely sorry to hear that the product didn't meet your expectations for your fine hair. It's completely understandable to be disappointed when a new product doesn't give your hair the "happiness" it needs, especially after investing time and effort into trying it. Your description of your hair not having the same feel and not staying "clean" looking as long is very valuable feedback for us. Finding the right hair care for fine hair can indeed be a challenge, as it often requires a delicate balance to provide volume and cleanliness without weighing it down or making it greasy. We understand that this particular product just wasn't the right fit for your specific hair type.

    Top Tier Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Redken Color Extend Magnetics Conditioner is a top tier haircare product that gives progressive results. The thickness and consistency of the product is divine and definitely gave the feel of quality conditioner. The only minimal factor was the scent isnt very strong or lasting. I also felt like my highlights looked enhanced after using both shanpoo and conditioner. The PH identified on front of bottle was on basically just on the product with no explanation as to what it does and I am curious if only hairdresser would understand that info maybe. But the shine and softness of my hair made me keep touching my hair all day long!! Viva la Redken!!

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    conditions well without flattening hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the conditioner for a little over a month, and I love the way it makes my hair feel. It makes my hair soft and shiny without laying down. I have very fine thin hair and so I’m always worried about conditioners making it flat, but this isn’t the case. I’ve never used Redken products before, but I will use them now in the future. It helped keep my highlights bright. The only complaint I have is that the conditioner bottle also says shampoo on it because it’s a French word and one day I shampooed my hair with conditioner until I realize that. Haha! Overall I’d recommend this product. I received this product for free for testing purposes.

I’ve been using this conditioner and shampoo for about 4 months now to keep my black color (originally I have dark brown hair). I haven’t touched up my hair since, and the color is the exact same!! (Other than growth out from my roots). However, I do feel that my hair has almost an oily, heavy texture to it which is a bummer, and usually doesn’t happen since I have dry, curly hair. I would recommend the shampoo for SURE to keep your hair color the same, but I would like to find a better conditioner. In the photo, you can see the shine on my hair when I am using NO product other than the conditioner. It looks dry but oily ?? and doesn’t feel great either.

    Color Lasts Longer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Redken Color Extend Magnetics Sulfate Free Shampoo & Conditioner for Color Treated Hair twice a week to wash my color treated hair and I've definitely noticed that my hair seems healthier and the color is sticking around longer in its original form. After using this product, my dull color-treated hair is shinier, stronger, and the blonde highlights in my dark hair are definitely less brassy, providing an overall improved look for my hair. The product smells nice, and I don't feel like I have to use a ton of it to get a good result. The conditioner leaves my hair silky smooth and is resulting in a bit less breakage than normal. Definitely recommend!

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Revives Old Color

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant to try this product because I haven’t recently gotten my hair colored. (3 months since my last color). However, I wish I hadn’t waited! The fragrance of the shampoo is a little over powering, but once mixed with the conditioner, they balance each other out. The conditioner really left my hair smooth and silky! I did use it with the shampoo and I truly feel like it revived my color and brought it back to life! I washed and styled my hair one night and when I woke up the next morning, my hair was perfect like I had just styled it! I can’t wait to get my hair done and use it with freshly colored hair!

Soft, manageable hair with this color stay conditi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used multiple color extend shampoo and conditioners and I really like this one. I have thick color treated hair that can get frizzy very easily. When I use this conditioner with the matching shampoo my hair feels soft, not frizzy, and manageable. It styles easily with hot tools and holds the styles well. Some color treated shampoo/conditioners make my hair struggle to hold heat styles, but not this one! A little goes a long way, so the bottle is lasting much longer than I thought it might. Overall, I am very happy with this conditioner and would definitely recommend for others with color treated hair.

      Yes, I recommend this product.

      Gross!

I use the shampoo and it’s great, so I had my salon gal get me a giant bottle of this conditioner when she picked up the shampoo for me. I’ve tried a few times, and each time I end up back in the shower washing my hair because it is NASTY! It feels and looks like I haven’t washed it for weeks! It puts some kind of greasy coating on it - I rinsed and rinsed after the first time thinking I didn’t get it rinsed out all the way. I had a water conditioner recently installed at my house so I decided to try again. Yuck. It’s not the water - it is the product. I would never step foot out the house with my hair looking so filthy and greasy. What a waste of money and time (re-washing).

No, I do not recommend this product.

      Greasy!

Got this at my last appointment with my hairstylist, she highly suggested this product. This conditioner is like smearing my hair with pure oil, waxy, thick coating that I cannot wash out. I used just a pea size amount, I have colored hair, a light brown with highlights, and my hair is fine yet naturally curly, and this left it plastered down to my head, with a strange heavy coated look. I will return to Matrix Biologe color cafe shampoo and conditioner, can’t even return this during our stay home COVID-19 state. It also was quite costly, very disappointed as I have usually loved Redken products.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Does the job that it’s promising

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing that I have to mention about this conditioner is the smell! It smells super amazing! I used it and went to a party afterwards, surprisingly people noticed the smell! They were asking what is your shampoo? Your hair smells amazing! Also it does the job that it’s promising helps the color lasts longer on bleached hair, which is great! My only complain for giving it four stars is that as a conditioner for color treated hair, it’s not good for damaged hair. My hair is very damaged and it doesn’t make my hair soft and silky. The shampoo does it more actually than the conditioner. Unfortunately I had to stop using it because of that reason. Otherwise I love the way it smells.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This conditioner is luxurious. Thick creamy lightly scented product. I have long hair so I need more product to go through my hair but a little goes a long way. I love that I can smooth this conditioner through my hair with with a wide comb without even a struggle. Once I rinse my hair honestly it's a spa like feeling all in my shower! I only wish the scent was a a little stronger so that it will last until my next shampoo. Once I blow out my hair there is no waxy, weighted down feeling once blown out just beautiful frizz free manageable, lots of volume hair! I have told my family and friends about this conditioner especially those with color treated hair so I hope they try it!

      Yes, I recommend this product.

I’ve been using this conditioner (and shampoo too), since about January and I do like how soft it makes my hair. I comb through my hair with a Conair Brush Icy Pastels Shower Comb and it helps make my hair so much more smooth/soft and helps with brushing after I get out of the shower. My hair gets tangled easily so it helps a lot even though I still have to use a leave in conditioner to get the rest of the tangled out. I feel like it’s helped keep my color in and prevent it from fading because I got my hair dyed January 14th, 2020 and today is March 20th, 2020. I do recommend this conditioner!

I have used Color Extend Magnetics for 5 years! I have long, layered, thick naturally curly hair that I have colored red. My hairdresser uses this product and recommended I try it. My color lasts for 10 weeks! This product has NEVER been greasy or oily. It does not weigh down my curls! They are light, soft, bouncy and gorgeous! I get compliments all the time on my hair. And I slather on the conditioner. And naturally, rinse like a normal person! I love love love this product. Give it a try! If it doesn’t work for you, then it’s not the right product for your hair.

      Yes, I recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most amazing shampoo / conditioner ever. Over the years, I've tried so many different shampoos and conditioners, leave in conditioners, all kinds of sprays, masks, etc. Nothing worked and I was getting so frustrated! I was sent this shampoo / conditioner from Influenster to try it out . I am SO glad I did. In the last couple of weeks, those left over dry and fried sections are perfectly smooth and almost back to normal!! I am beyond excited to actually blow dry my hair again w/out me risking more breakage. I am going to be buying this again! Thank you Influenster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me preface this review with a little background: I have super long, thick hair. Additionally, I dye it red. Normal conditioners just don't cut it for me. I use a deep conditioner every time I wash my hair. So, you can probably guess I didn't have high expectations for this conditioner. Yes, Redken is a great brand, but I wasn't expecting a lot in the conditioner department. Well, let me tell you, this conditioner is the real deal. No one was more surprised than me when my hair was soft and easy to comb through after washing it. What?!? Yeah. It's awesome! I'm obsessed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm loving Redken Color Extend Magnetics conditioner so much. I've been using the product since coloring my hair and the color still looks fantastic weeks later! The pH balanced formula keeps my hair hydrated and soft after use, making detangling a breeze. The scent is a fantastic floral that lasts all day/night. I have fine, naturally curly hair (3b-c), that is colored at home every 2-3 months. Since incorporating the shampoo and conditioner into my haircare regimen the color and tone look day 1 fresh weeks later. Im super pleased with this product and would purchase.

I have never coloured my hair but I borrow this from a friend when I forgot my conditioner and I have never looked back. It works great on all hair types and I have recommended this to so many friends and family that have coloured and non coloured hair and they love it. It has strengthened my hair and makes it so so so soft! I'm in love. Best hair product I've used so far. My mother who regularly dies her hair, now uses this because of me and loves it. It prolongs her hair colour and adds lots of softness to her hair as well which is think and curly. Love this product!

      Fantastic Product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This conditioner is a delight for the senses! From the time I opened the bottle, the scent profile was noticeable. When I dispensed the thick, creamy product into my hand and began to work it through my hair, the tantalizing scent really blossomed. I was a bit hesitant trying a sulfate-free product because I didn't expect it to work as well, to my surprise it exceeded expectation. The conditioner rinsed out easily, while leaving my color on my hair. It left my hair feeling vibrant and healthy, without being limp or weighed down. I will definitely be buying more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this conditioning formula is great, i just dont feel like the scent works as a conditioner. its got this.... dry floral citrus scent that throws me off. the formula, however, isnt too thick so it doesnt leave buildup on the scalp, and it leaves my hair looking soft, shiny, tangle free and relaxed. it adds moisture while locking in color and preventing fading. redken products never fail to impress me, and the liter size is absolutely a great value. i enjoy using this product with the redken extreme length leave in conditioner, anti snap serum and an argan oil.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, let’s start with the positives: I really like the way this shampoo and conditioner smell. It smells very clean. I also got a lot of lather from the shampoo, which I like. Now…the negatives: It somehow makes my hair both oily and dry at the same time. The roots of my hair just felt really heavy after I dried my hair and it was almost like I didn’t rinse all of the conditioner out (but know I did). The ends of my hair felt super dry too and my hair knotted easily. I would not buy this and I’m glad I didn’t in this case or I’d be returning it for sure.

I have dry and damaged hair due to a bleach job gone wrong a year ago. I’ve been very gentle and careful with my hair since then trying to get it back healthy (which i did) and now keeping it healthy. I was recommended to use this by my stylist. I got it from Ulta, i always try smaller sizes before i get a large bottle to see how it works for me. The Redken was alright for me, it didn’t do much in the way of hydration for my hair or shine or helping keep it soft. It didn’t make it drier or in worse shape though so i used the bottle, but I didn’t buy more.

I use this along with the shampoo. It works amazing on my long curly, very knot prone hair. It’s thick, smells great, and the smell last. That’s my favorite thing about a conditioner, is when the smell last! I’ve been using this for years now, and will continue to use, as my split ends have definitely lessened. They used to be so prevalent that I could pull any piece of hair out and see one. Now, I can never find one, and I cut my hair maybe every 12 weeks! I know it’s from this amazing shampoo and conditioner combo! I will definitely continue to buy!

I have tried the REDKEN Natural + Science color extend shampoo and it's awesome. First off, it's vegan, sulfate-free, silicone-free, and also Paraben-free. So it's not harmful to our body! When I first opened the bottle, I didn't smell much strong scents. However, after i applied it on my wet hair, i started to notice some essential oil like scent which is very nice & calming. My hair feels thicker & shinier after using the shampoo! Love it! The only thing that can be improved is if it can foam up more so that it can cover my long hair better :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Redken’s purple shampoo and conditioner and it’s been staple in my hair care routine. I really liked the way the conditioner felt on my hair but once my hair dried my ends still looked a little dry. I felt like the product did it’s job but I think I personally need a conditioner with more moisturizing components. The product is gentle and if you don’t have damaged hair it would be a 10/10 conditioner for your hair care needs. I received this product free from Influenster in exchange for a honest review and all opinions are my own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So let's start out with the bottles. Both the shampoo and conditioner bottles are easy to hold, feel sturdy, and have an easy cap to open and securely close while in the shower. I used the shampoo and conditioner for the last week as well as using my normal olaplex after I got out of the shower. My hair felt so nice and smooth in the shower and out of it. It also had a good shine and smoothness to my hair. This stuff also smells very nice. I have my hair glazed to cover some stubborn highlights that I don't want anymore and it seems to be keeping the color in a bit. I don't see any noticeable changes but I also don't see my hair color fading. I would contemplate buying these and would recommend them to someone who wanted to keep their color in.

Very similar to the other products out there

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will preface this by saying I had just dyed my hair approx one week prior and this was the first time washing it. I wanted to try the product properly. The first thing I noticed was a ton of dye came out on my hands and everywhere once I put the product in my hair. I am unsure if that is a normal occurrence or something from the shampoo/conditioner. I have only used this product once so far so it difficult for me to ascertain whether it actually extends the life of the color. I will continue to use this product to make an accurate description. As an addition I am always looking for something that adds more moisture to my hair. My hair still felt dry after using. I can neither recommend or not recommend until I have used it much longer.

Hi There! Thank you for trying our Color Extend Conditioner.Redken Color Extend Conditioner is a conditioner for color-treated hair that moisturizes, adds shine, and protects hair color from the four main causes of fading: environmental aggressors, poor cuticle condition, color-altering minerals, and water. The conditioner is formulated with Redken’s Color Care Complex of cranberry oil to maximize color vibrancy and ceramides to strengthen hair. It helps to detangle hair after washing, leaving it manageable, vibrant, and with a mirror-like shine. Use with the complete Color Extend haircare system for optimal color protection.

Redkin knocked it out of the park!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have royally fried vibrant color treated hair with greasy roots. Sulfate-free shampoos are so thin and don't really feel like they clean my hair effectively and conditioners always leave my hair limp and oily. Tbh, I wasn't expecting much out of this grouping either. But from the first use the Redkin extend magnetics blew me away! The shampoo is much thicker than any sulfate free shampoo I've ever tried and even gives me the feel of a slight lather which I have been missing. And the conditioner has a good consistency and rinses out cleanly. But the best part is that it leaves my hair feeling soo soft and smooth and no tangles! You guys knocked it out of the park! I will continue to buy and have already recommended it to anyone who will listen!

      Yes, I recommend this product.

Great Sulfate Free Conditioner for my Color Treate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with my free sample of Redken Color Extend Magnetics Conditioner for color treated hair. I used this sample (as well as the Redken Color Extend Magnetics Shampoo) for two weeks and am happy with the results. My hair was color treated a couple of months ago, so I was eager to try this sulfate free duo. My hair is shiny, soft, manageable and still looks terrific (the gray is coming in at the roots, but the bottom of my hair still looks great). So easy to use and it washed out very quickly. My hair feels soft and bouncy after using it (NOT greasy or lumpy). I'm pleased to find a sulfate free Conditioner that helps maintain the color treatment and makes me feel like I am doing the most to keep my hair healthy. I definitely recommend it!

      Yes, I recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using this product for a month now and it has left my hair feeling wonderful. My hair feels more softer and bouncy. The colors have lasted much long I have been using the shampoo along with the conditioning. I must say one of the best shampoos I have used. It has repair my hair i can see the difference since bleach has cause damage on it. Has also made ny hair look shinny. I I’ll be using again. Recommend. The only thing that I did not like is the packing it is hard to take out of the bottle and the plastic is hard.

This conditioner didn't blow me away. As conditioners go, it isn't bad, but I didn't notice a difference in terms of my hair color lasting longer. I find it really annoying that it's more expensive than the corresponding shampoo while being 1.6oz smaller. I use about twice as much conditioner as shampoo, regardless of my hair length, so that's inconvenient. The scent is pleasant and it conditions the hair but, for me, it performs exactly the same as drugstore branded, non-colored hair specific conditioners.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have long color-treated naturally wavy hair that I wash once or twice a week. I need my color to last and this conditioner supports that. It's thick, rich and creamy without being overly heavy or oily. It applies easily. I leave it for a few minutes before rinsing. It adds moisture and tames frizz. I can air dry my hair without my hair looking like a wild animal. It has a light and fresh scent. The ingredients are solid. I'm impressed and will continue to use it to keep my color protected and hair strong!

      Yes, I recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Redken color extend magnetic shampoo and conditioner from Bzzagent and Redken in exchange for my honest opinion. I simply loved both the products. I have used both shampoo and conditioner for almost a week and I feel beautiful shine and softness of my hair with use. Definitely a good product if your hair is dyed and you are looking for something that will prevent your hair from damaging. I will keep using it for my hair and also would recommend to others. Thanks Bzzagent and thanks Redken 😊

      Yes, I recommend this product.

I love the Redken color extend shampoo and conditioner. The salon I was at was out and recommend the color magnetic shampoo and conditioner. The hairdresser told me it was the exact product but sulfate free. The first time I used it it left a weird film and my hair looked like i hadn't rinsed out the conditioner. I tried using a tiny amount and it still left my hair greasy looking, Ive tried just the shampoo and just the conditioner...It's definitely not just like the color extend. Very disappointed.

No, I do not recommend this product.

This I only use if I have gone to long without washing my hair. The shampoo and conditioner combo helps get all the junk and most of the oils out of my hair. Somehow it leaves just enough oil for my hair to be nicely moisturized, soft, and shiny. I have pink hair and it doesn't strip the color out like other shampoo and conditioners I've tried. I keep it on hand at all times. Redken Color Extend Magnetics Sulfate Free Shampoo Redken Color Extend Magnetics Sulfate Free Conditioner

      Great stuff!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What another amazing hair product by Redken! Along with the color extend shampoo, this conditioner is SO good. I am stoked when I get to try anything from this brand! It left my dry, brittle hair feeling SOOOOO soft and moisturized. I don’t see how they do it! Every single Redken product I try is just a step above the rest. The scent, as well, is exactly what I like my hair to smell like after showering…very fresh and not overwhelmingly “scented”. I hate when something smells great, but when it’s too heavily scented it’s makes you want to throw it away. Not this brand. It was just enough to last and not give me a headache! I’m getting ready to dye my hair, and cannot wait to use this to see how well it extends my color after. Looking forward to using everything Redken that I can get my hands on!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly I thought this conditioner would help button up the shampoo but it did not happen. My hair at the end felt heavy not light weight compared to any other products by you I don’t know this one did disappoint me I did not feel good. I did not like the way it smells either we’re kind of gave office sent of chemical. I have thin hair I don’t like my hair feeling heavy or oily at all I like it clean and just lightweight but this was the complete opposite of everything.
