formula on the botle is different from website

It said doesn't contain SLS or sodium chloride but on the bottle these are 2nd and 3rd ingredients, also used it two times now after my on salon professional hair botox treatment and I can clearly see that it striped the treatment and my hair went back to being dry and frizzy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I highly recommend this shampoo as a duo with the Frizz Dismiss conditioner. I received this complimentary from Redken for my long, color treated hair. It feels so silky on application, I love the way it cleanses and doesn't leave a residue, but gives my long hair a softness down to the bottom of the strands and doesn't feel drying at all. I love the addition of their oil complex and I think it really makes a difference and adds to the silkiness. It has a really nice scent too. I think it works best with the coordinating conditioner because they have complimentary ingredients and personally find that they leave my hair looking extra healthy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first have to say I LOVE THE SCENT!!! It makes me feel like I just left the salon. Not just the scent though the product is really nice. Alittle goes a long way I poured to much the first time thinking it would need it but this is such a quality product I can cut it down by half and still have more than enough. It makes your hair feel so luxurious once dried and I cannot wash my hair daily and even after a few days with a round brush and blow drier you would never even know. I would definitely recommend this product! I can't wait to use it again tonight!!
P.S. I have replaced my old shampoo and conditioner with this! But don't tell them 😉

I was a lifelong user of cheap drugstore shampoo products until I tried the Redken Clear Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner (which is great) and realized how much of a difference a quality shampoo could make. And then I ran out of that set and decided to try a new product, because surely I could trust Redken to give me quality results. How wrong I was. This Frizz Dismiss product leaves my hair feeling absolutely disgusting. No matter how hard I try to wash it out, it leaves a greasy residue that makes my hair look oily, as if I haven't washed my hair for weeks! Even the cheapest drugstore shampoo was miles beyond this. A complete waste of money.

I have been using Frizz Dismiss for YEARS and loved it. I also used to get so many compliments for how great my hair smelled. I panicked when I couldn’t find it recently but was so relieved to see they had just rebranded it...or so I thought. The new formula is nowhere near as good as the previous formula and now now has a “cheap” suntan lotion smell instead of the subtle bit beautiful fragrance if used to have. It’s “heavy” and feels so much like Pantene. And to make matters worse, it’s stripping all the color out of my hair. I’m so dissatisfied and will be looking for a new line to use. Wish they would have left an amazing product alone.

Great for fine, frizzy hair - but has silicone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this shampoo is sulfate free. I wish it was silicone free too but unfortunately unfortunately it's not. I try to limit the use of silicone in my hair care as it can cause buildup. I haven't noticed too much build up with this shampoo like I expected I would see. It leaves my hair soft, volumized, and much less frizzy. It's good for me to use on days I want my hair to be naturally wavy or days I want to straighten it. The fragrance is nice, it smells a little bit nutty. A little bit goes a long way a half liter bottle will probably last me 6 months. For reference I have fine, low porosity hair that is dense and goes down to my bra strap in length.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t think I could love a shampoo & conditioner so much! I took long to write my review because I wanted to really test it out until the very last minute.
I have noticed a change in my hair and scalp since I started to use them both together. My hair has a lot less frizz than before with other brands. It leaves my smooth with no frizz at all. No matter if I blow dry my hair straight or leave it curly, the frizz is controlled!
It also has a nice yet very subtle scent which is nice. I love that it has not dried out my scalp like other shampoos I’ve been using. I think I’ve found my holy grail shampoo & conditioner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have medium-length fine and straight hair. In the wintertime I definitely have issues with static and frizz and this does help with that. I also noticed having less problems with flyaways when I used this. It has that quintessential salon smell which I like and it did make my hair feel really soft. My only complaint is it made my hair kind of limp and flat. I'm sure that's only because of my hair type being pretty fine and stick straight. I imaging someone with more hair or more texture to their hair wouldn't notice that as much. All in all its a good product in my opinion and it does what it says it's going to do.

The first thing I noticed was the very pleasant smell. I also noticed that I did not need very much to get a thick lather, even on hair that had not been washed in a few days. It is a bit expensive, so I know that it will last a long time since I do not need much. My hair felt very clean after using, My hair was smooth and did not feel weighed down. i am glad it is sulfate free since I do color my hair. I live in a rainy area and frizz is a problem. It seemed to help with that. My hair was not as frizzy as usual.

I liked the shape and color of the bottle. It was distinctly labeled Shampoo on the front as not to be confused with the Conditioner.
The shampoo itself was thick and sticky to the touch, which I did not care for. The scent was pleasant, not overwhelming. I always shampoo my hair twice to get out all residue. The Frizz Dismiss was more difficult to rinse clean than my usual shampoo. I feel if you have an oily scalp, this would be a nice product. I have color treated hair which can be fussy with less hydrating products like the Redken.

Smooth & Silky Hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought the Frizz Dismiss Shampoo with me on a recent trip to Florida where my hair doesn't do well with humidity. I really like to air dry my hair a few times a week and using this shampoo really helped on vacation. It left my hair really smooth and soft, which I appreciated. I used it in combination with the Frizz Dismiss Conditioner. I had no issues styling my hair with this (I usually curl on day 2 after a wash) but my fiance also used it and noticed that his hair was so soft and smooth that his hair styling product wouldn't hold as well. We can't confirm it was from this product but that was the only change in his routine. I would still recommend this product either way

I thought it was beyond repair & I needed to cut a lot of it off. But! This voxbox arrived and I decided to wait & see what it could do for my hair. I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner for a few weeks now and I’m impressed with how little I need to use, even on my very long hair. I go through shampoo so fast it’s upsetting. But these bottles will last me for a long time! The frizz calmed down after a couple uses & I was able to save much more length than I thought! I’m very impressed & will probably keep up with the brand once I run out.

For my hair, which is wavy and frizzy, this was a terrible product. I got it because it was sulfate free and sodium chloride free. I recently had a Charitan treatment and this was what was prescribed. It’s horrible for me! My hair never felt more dry, flat, and it didn’t help the fridge. Worked Well But Likely Wouldn’t Buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve done the “curly girl” method for a year, shaved my head. Then continued with the “curly girl” approved products. This was my first shampoo that wasn’t apart of this regimen so I wasn’t sure how my hair would react. My does appear shinier and appears stronger. I wasn’t a fan of the chemical smell. I was not easily able to find cruelty-free info on this product so that was a thumbs down for me. The do qualify for a silver cradle to cradle position, which I found interesting to learn about. For whatever reason this product also made my shower extremely slippery. Almost had a few slips while using it.

I bought both the shampoo and conditioner, and it did make my hair less frizzy and softer. My only complaint is that the shampoo made my hair get greasier faster than other shampoos. Because of this, I ran out faster than I normally would. I know it was the shampoo because when I ran out and started using my old one my hair was much less greasy. Usually I can get away with washing my hair twice a week, but with this shampoo I felt like I needed to wash either every day or every other day. I wish it would have worked for me though, because I loved the way my hair looked and smelled right after using it.

Made my hair more dry and frizzy.

I was excited to try Redken FRIZZ DISMISS shampoo and conditioner, but unfortunately, it didn't work out for me. After using it only twice, I noticed a significant increase in dryness and frizz in my hair. I was expecting a smooth and sleek result, but instead, my hair felt parched and unruly.
I've read reviews from others who have had great success with this product, so it's possible that it just isn't suited for my hair type. I'm disappointed, as I was hoping for a solution to my frizz issues.
If you're considering trying Redken FRIZZ DISMISS, I'd suggest proceeding with caution and monitoring your hair's response closely. It may work wonders for others, but it didn't work for me.

I always have used Frizz Dismiss Shampoo and Conditioner on my blonde color treated hair. It was the best combo for me! It smelled great, my hair was silky, shiny, and little to no frizz even on the worst days!!! However, the next time I went to purchase it, the formula hand changed and it was no longer in the champagne colored bottle. My hair quality was significantly declined and I ended up throwing away both my shampoo and conditioner. Not only was the smell of the new formula different but it completely took all the moisture out of my hair and actually increased the frizziness of it!!! I am completely disappointed in this "re-vamp" of the products because they always were my go to!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shampoo is extremely thick. So thick that it took a while to work it in my scalp. Once I got it massaged in the lather was so dense and luxurious. The smell is so nice and it felt very indulgent in my shower. It rinsed out nicely and left my hair feeling clean but very moisturized. I followed up with the conditioner and leave in treatment and was extremely pleased with the results. My hair looked like I had been to the salon. I used a round brush hair dryer and my hair looked sleek and bouncy. Where I live can be quite humid but this shampoo helped keep my hair frizz free all day.

I have very thick hair and it can tend to look dry and dull. I've used oils, serums, creams, you name it. Nothing has actually worked until I found this shampoo and conditioner. Airdrying or blowdrying, it just really works at each strand of hair and making it frizz free and slightly glossy. I haven't had any problem with it making my hair greasy, but I also rinse it out really well and never put conditioner directly on my scalp, I have been looking for a shampoo and conditioner that makes your hair look good then I highly recommend this. Maybe it didn't work for everyone, but it did for me

After receiving this combo I am in love my hair looks healthier and a lot less frizzier. Especially when I use no heat products then just go over with iron using g heat protectant. It is more costly than Dove, but as far as frizz it works better. My hair is damaged from dying and toning. I've been buying olaplex products here and there as I can afford. I really am grateful to try this product. I don't need olaplex I can just use the shampoo,, conditioner, leave in product. My hair is healthier and smoother. In love

I honestly wouldn't have tried these products if I hadn't been given a sample, but I am so glad I had this opportunity. I have waist long hair and have spent tons of money on products, plus have used Wen and Monat, and they don't compare. My hair has never felt so good, in my 44 years. Thank you Redken! I will be using this combo from now on. Also, we are avid motorcycle riders and my hair is not getting knotted up like it used to. My hair does not tangle. It's amazing!

I also have naturally curly hair so washing it every day can be a downfall. My hair is usually frizzy and unmanageable. With this shampoo , I can wash it every day and my hair feels smooth. I don't even have to flat iron my hair if I don't want to. My ends lay flat , and hair looks beautiful. The Frizz Dismiss Shampoo has helped tame my hair. It looks more relaxed, smooth and shiny. I honest-to-goodness received a compliment on my hair the second time I used this product. I have tried a myriad of products that claim to help with frizziness, but none have worked until I used Redken's product. This does not weigh down my hair nor does it make my hair look greasy. I seriously am hooked for life now. I will be purchasing it again once I run out of shampoo. I had not heard of Frizz Dismiss before testing out the product. I have been raving about this shampoo to all of my family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised that this was THICK! It was a lot like a conditioner; it wasn’t running off my hands as I squeezed it out! It smells really nice, almost like coconut or possibly Shea butter. Even though I hadn’t washed my hair in several days, it lathered up really well, and I didn’t feel like I had to wash twice. It’s a pretty big bottle, but it still fit nicely on my shower handle. I haven’t used it long enough to give it a 5, and I didn’t like how “wordy” the back was - I like how there are other languages included but it made it a little difficult to find the info I needed.

Not too overwhelming,just right. I noticed it only takes a dime sized amount to wash and clean my hair. It rinses easily. I have very over colored,dry frizzy hair. I noticed after a few days the frizzyness is starting to go away. This shampoo is by far better than the shampoos I've been using over the years. I was always aware of the Redken hairline of products, but thought they were always higher priced. But I will buy this product. They always say you get what you pay for ,and I will gladly pay more for non frizzy hair. I will gladly recommend this shampoo to friends and family.

The shampoo makes a nice lather and my hair feels both clean and healthy after using it. The shampoo and conditioner also have a nice fragrance. I have naturally wavy hair and they truly helped with the frizz and didn't feel heavy or weigh my hair down. I would most certainly buy this shampoo and conditioner set! I love a Redken product and this Redken Frizz Dismiss Shampoo was no exception. It is the perfect consistency a little goes a long way. It lathered nicely. This shampoo is sulfate and sodium chloride free. It contains Babassu Oil to help smooth down your cuticle. I also like that it is not overly scented.
Redken Frizz Dismiss Shampoo left my hair feeling and looking silky and smooth. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality product to remove frizz.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVED this shampoo so much, I went and bought another set tonight! I have really hard to tame hair, it's always frizzy and dry and I have tried countless shampoos to tackle that to no avail. I had to use heat to wear it down at all. I was so excited when my hair dried after the first wash with Redken Frizz Dismiss shampoo and it was perfectly smooth and frizz freeze! I wore it down all day and didn't add any products or heat at all. The smell is incredible as well, my husband loves it. I seriously can't rave about this enough, I am hooked! Highly recommended!

My new favorite shampoo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first time trying Frizz dismiss Shampoo, It amazed me, because it's fantastic scent and it's unique quality ingredients that's leaved my hair so sleek and soft without any of frizz that's was my major problem of my hair ,I used the Frizz dismiss kit together first shampoo then it's conditioner and after that I put it's leave in cream, this kit it's really work with my Frizzy problem ,it's way better than my last big branded frizz Shampooing kit that's did nothing to my hair,I highly recommend this Frizz dismiss Shampoo with it's kit.it really worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how thick this shampoo is and it does exactly what it claims to do. My hair felts so soft, shiny and a lot less frizzy after using this. It also helped a lot with the buildup I’ve been getting lately. I usually wash my curls every 2 to 3 days because it gets greasy very fast but after using this shampoo I can make it to the 4th day without it looking overly greasy. I was very impressed. I’ve been using Redken for years and this is probably one of the best products I’ve tried from them. I definitely recommend, especially for the curly girls out there.

Amazing for Winter Frizz!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a reason this Redken Frizz Dismiss Shampoo is on the pricey side! I absolutely love how much this shampoo works. I have very long, thick and frizzy hair. My hair seems to become much more frizzy and static in the cold/winter days and we are upon them days now. This was the first time trying this shampoo and a little goes a very long way. It goes on with a thick texture but it lathers up SO nicely and smells so relaxing! I was so impressed with how much it lathered which is a HUGE perk for someone with very thick, long hair and needs shampoo to last. My hair was so soft and silky with so much less frizz after drying, I was so impressed with the results that I will be buying more especially for these upcoming winter days!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Frizz Dismiss! This shampoo is gentle on my dry, thin hair but yet it leaves it feeling super clean, soft, and smooth! I love this is sulfate free! The shampoo is thick and really lathers well on my hair. I also don't need to use a ton of product to get it lathered all through my hair. I have fine, thin, dry hair and the dry ends are always looking frizzy from the ends to about halfway up, my hair is shoulder length. This shampoo keeps my hair from looking frizzy and somehow smooth out all the flyaways! I love the light, sweet scent too!

new favorite shampoo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to trying this, I exclusively used ‘drugstore’ shampoos. I loved OGX and Kristen Ess. I have straight, but frizzy hair. I never understood the hype around ‘salon shampoos’ - but I’m so happy I got to try this. You really only need a fraction of the amount of shampoo I would normally use - it’s so much more concentrated, and you can feel the difference. So even though this is more expensive, I’m going through it much less quickly. And the frizz reduction! My hair air-dries with significantly less frizz. Can’t say enough good things about this!

I won’t need shampoo for a year!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn’t believe the size of the bottle ! Thank you For choosing me to review! The scent of both shampoo and conditioner is light yet smells amazing. I did have to use about (2) quarter size blobs of shampoo and conditioner in my hair. It had a fair lather. I’m sure this product is more on the pricey side as I tend to be cheap on myself, but I would definitely buy this considering it will last me up to about 6 months with this 16.9 oz! I just used for the first time today but my hot is moisturized and appears to be less frizzy. Thank you Influenster!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me preface this by saying Redken shampoos and conditioners have never worked for me. They are all usually too heavy and/or stop my hair from creating it's natural wave. I tried both of these products and I was blow away. I went to bed with wet hair and I woke up with wavy, less frizzy hair. My frizz isn't completely gone, but I'm in south Florida and the humidity is very high. The scent is light and nice, and the conditioner was heavy enough to get my tangles out and light enough to not make my hair greasy or weigh it down. I will absolutely continue to buy these products and other items in this line! Thank you redken for making this product!!!

I LOVE this product line! Redken’s Frizz Dismiss shampoo has been great for my keratin treated hair. It is sulfate free and even without the keratin, this shampoo along with the rest of the Frizz Dismiss line have worked wonders for me while wearing my hair straight in humid climates! Anyone thinking about trying this out should definitely consider using it in conjunction with the Frizz Dismiss conditioner and the Frizz Dismiss Rebel Tame Leave-In Smoothing Control Cream in FPF (Frizz Protection Factor) 10 to 40, depending on how frizzy your hair gets.

So let’s talk about this shampoo, first of all if you’re looking for something to tame your frizzy locks this is it. I have used multiple products in the past that claim to get rid of frizz, I’m talking from expensive masks and serums to Brazilian blowout treatments. But nothing has worked so well with such lasting results as this shampoo and conditioner did. The only reason I didn’t give it a full five stars was because I wish it was more strengthening as well. However this will definitely solve your frizz problem. It made my hair so silky and smooth in a very short time. I won’t say it eliminated ALL my frizz but it definitely tamed a majority of it. My honest opinion, if you have stubborn frizzy out of control hair then try this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very pleased with Redken Frizz Dismiss Shampoo. I have tried Redken before, but it was awhile back. I have been looking for something to help me with my frizzy, dry, and poofy hair. This product smelled very nice, lathered nicely, and cleaned great. My hair felt less coarse after using, and after trying was more sleek instead of frizzy like usual. I am ecstatic with the outcome. I was very pleased because others products do not last long especially with humidity, or or only decrease frizz short term. Redken Frizz Dismiss last until my next use.
