I've used it on days when I have allowed my hair to air dry & the mist does a good job taming my wavy hair. I've also used it for styling my hair and it makes my hair shiny & controlled. It doesn't leave my hair looking greasy or weighed down. Also, when I ran my fingers through my hair I didn't feel any residue from the mist. The mist is light weight & has a smell that fades away. The smell isn't strong or unpleasant but it's noticeable. After applying the product I can still smell my shampoo. Overall, I'm impressed by the quality of this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say I don't use a lot of hair products and what I do I choose carefully. I do get a lot of frizz because my hair is so thin. So I was excited to give the Frizz Dismiss Anti-Static Oil Mist a try. I didn't really think that I would notice a difference in my hair but it makes it so soft and I can tell that it is in my hair and then I can tell when I don't use. When I don't I will look in the mirror at work and be like what is wrong with my hair and I was like "Oh, yeah, I forgot to use the Frizz Dismiss spray this morning" :P So you might not think it makes a difference but it really will. Even if you don't have a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never heard of Frizz Dismiss Anti-Static Oil Mist, until a received a full size sample in the mail. I really loved this. It's very light, and non greasy. The smell is nice but not to strong. I have used it both ways, after my shower with toweled dried hair and with my hair completely dry. With the toweled dry hair it did control my frizz after styled just about all day. On the days I use dry shampoo I would use just a little on my dry hair and it worked just the way I wanted it to. My daughters have my thick frizzy hair also, and this has worked really well in their hair. We continue to use this just about daily.

Redkin anti-static oil mist has stopped my static hair from sticking to everything. A simple shake of the bottle then spray over my freshly dried static cling hair, run a brush through and magic happens, my hair is static free and stays that way! The oil is mess free and doesn't leave a residue on my hair or hands. It smells like warm brown sugar and doesn't over power my senses. Great short term fix

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My long think hair has just enough wave and fly-always to be unruly. I am always on the look out for a product that isn't firm or sticky like hairspray, but yet keeps hair from that finger-in-a-lightsocket flyaways look.
This Fizz Dismiss Oil seemed to work wonders, until a couple hours later when a glance in the mirror showed me the flyaways were all back with a vengeance.
The same results happened on several occasions, with both fresh-out-of-the-shower damp hair and dry hair.
The scent is nice, though, and it softened hair nicely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have very dry damaged hair from dying it and bleaching it. Even though it used to be insanely straight, it's now pretty frizzy and "fluffy" I don't have the patience to use a straightener unless I have something important to go to and it's looking insanely bad. I've been going on job interviews and instead of using my straightener, which requires me to wake up extra early, I've simply been using this oil. It's obviously not the same effect as a straightener but it looks pretty darn good for not having used one.

The spray has a detangling effect and leaves a nice sheen, not shine, to my hair. I am usually not a hair oil user because my hair gets greasy pretty quickly. The evening I used it, I didn't shower until the morning. My hair was a little more greasy than normal. This didn't really annoy me though because it didn't get greasy during the day or while I was out.

My hair tends to get super frizzy on the second day and is hard to tame. But this oil mist completely does the trick! I spray lightly all around my hair and then rescrunch my curls and I'm ready to go. So glad I tried this product! I was nervous it was going to make my hair look greasy, but that didn't happen at all!! Such a great product and can't wait to tell all my friends about it!

I always straighten it but with the weather here nothing helps so I was skeptical to try this redken spray and the first time I used it I thought I was having a good hair day, my hair had no frizz, was manageable, and overall looked better. Other products have made my hair look greasy or have like a wet hair look which I hate but this product didnt do that. I have now tried this product a few times and it definitely does help with frizz even in humid weather.

This product is awesome, it's an oil mist that's "not oily". I was told to use it on dry hair rather than wet. I've tried both to see the difference, and it works in both conditions. After having my hair dyed it was dry, and it says it's specifically for frizz, but it works really great in different aspects of hair concern. I got the same result wet vs. dry. The oil-based liquid and the water-based liquid separate, so just give it a quick shake before applying.

It makes my curls soft and fluffy with no frizziness. I used it when the weather was humid out and it helped to settle my hair and prevent puffyness. I also apply a bit to my hair when I straighten it so that it looks super shiny. When my hair is straight I do apply it on my hands first and then lightly apply to my strands.

Didn't work for me

I then tried it while leaving my hair dry naturally curly and it actually was frizzier than normal so that was really disappointing since that's where I was hoping it would help the most. I then tried it again with more product in case I didn't put enough and had the same result. It may work for some people but not for my hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this Redken Frizz Dismiss Anti-Static Oil Mist. The spray delivery makes it a lot less messy to use than traditional hair oils. I definitely think it works better on wet hair than dry hair, but that's ok with me because I typically only use hair oils when my hair is wet anyway. It does a great job of keeping frizz at bay, especially on the baby hairs around my temples, where I tend to get the most frizz.

I've tried various products over the years and was happy to receive a Frizz Dismiss Anti-Static Dry Oil to try. I was a tad concerned about the word "oil" in the name, but not to worry - it is dry oil and not at all oily. Not only does this product calm the frizz, it also revived my curls without needing a curl reviver product or a dry shampoo. And a big perk - it smells wonderful, but not overwhelming. I've told my curly headed family members and friends about Frizz Dismiss Anti-Static Dry Oil. They are now happy frizz free campers too. I will definately be buying this product the minute I run low!

With my hair down past my shoulders I do not always have the time to fully blow it out but the results weren't so pretty. The Redken Frizz Dismiss Anti-Static Oil spray is a wonderful product that smells great and controls the frizz! The spray leaves my hair feeling soft and smooth without weighing it down or giving it a greasy feeling. I have used it on wet hair as well as second day hair with the same great results.
This product was new to me as I had a hair stylist recommend a creme product recently and was working with that. It did not control the frizz nor smell as wonderful as the Frizz Dismiss! I have recommended this to my daughter and friends and will continue to use it myself.
Just remember to shake well before spritzing and you will dismiss the frizz!

Are usually have to go over my hair with a straight iron, but with this product I didn't need to because it wasn't frizzy. You can use it on towel-dried or dry hair. It does a nice job of smoothing frizz. I have never used a product like this. I would recommend it. It come in a 4.2 fl oz bottle. You need to be sure that you shake it so it all gets blended. I love it!

My hair tends to get frizzy in the winter so I use this frizz dismiss before straightening my hair. A little bit goes a long way so make to not over use it otherwise your hair will be oily. This works great on that new baby hair that sticks up and won’t go down as well. Just spray a tad on your fingers and just flatten it out where it’s needed.

Most spray oils leave the hair oily and hard to comb. This oil is very light and give you combable hair.

Second impression is that this didn't leave my hands feeling greasy when I blended it through my hair. I have wavy hair and the frizz didn't hold down and the waves did not hold up well afterward. There are some alcohols in there that are drying and would not be a CG approved item. It may work for others with straight hair, but didn't work well for me.

A quick spray flattens the static but not the style, and the shine is amazing. My hair is so shiny and no frizz. I've been coloring & highlighting my hair for A VERY long time, so I tend to have dry hair. This is one of the best products for me.

I have extremely frizzy hair, that is hard to manage. Once I added Redken Frizz Dismiss Ant-Static oil mist into my daily routine, I’ve noticed a significant decrease in the frizz! This product is smells and works amazing. I love the spray nozzle as well, it makes adding the oil into my hair a lot easier and less messy!

This was one of my most favorite products ever, I have naturally frizzy hair and whenever I have to curl it I normally blow dry and straighten and then curl it. However this product was smooth and not greasy and my hair had no frizz at all making it look lushes. Highly recommend will never use any other product again.

This is the best hair product to ever come into my life! I have very thin, fine hair, and it constantly frizzes! This product manages to smooth frizzing and static without weighing your hair down or making it look greasy. I have tried really a lot of products that claims it is for frizzy hair but nothing worked. This dry oil just did it with a simple application. It is very light on my hair , doesn't cause any greasy hair and smells great.

Every anti frizz serum I have ever used prior to this has left my hair feeling or looking too greasy. This serum, has a very fine mist, that gives just enough serum where it's needed, without being too gloopy (like others), and making hair look overly greasy

Great product, strong smell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This would be a five star if the smell wasn't so strong. I love how it lets my hair be frizz free and also not greasy. Manageable and easy to understand instructions. I works best on wet hair but can work on dry hair as well. The only downside was it has a strong smell but otherwise this is a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who has frizzy and wavy hair, this product truly helps. When you put it on, it makes it easier to do my hair. Whenever I put this product on, it makes my hair look ten times healthier than it was before, it makes it look soft and shiny. I would recommend this product to people with my hair type.
