Color Extend Blondage Color Depositing Mask for Honey Beige Blonde Hair Color

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this product as someone who has died my hair blonde for years it can be quite the upkeep. The packaging is very nice however the directions were a bit hard to read with so much text on the back of the bottle. I was also unclear if this product is to be used everyday or how often? Using the product, it did not burn or anything as the directions suggested. It was very simple to apply- just like a shampoo. I've included a before and after picture of my hair. I left the mask on the full 10 mins for a deeper saturation. While I don't think there is any noticeable difference I do think my hair is a bit brighter. I'm excited to use more and see if it really starts to take abs brightens up my currently dull blonde. I would recommend this product to anyone with dyed hair.

Purple shampoos often tint my hair purple so I was thrilled. This added the most subtle blonde to my already blonde hair. Took away any brassiness I may have add. The moisture this added to my hair was fantastic. It didn't feel weighed down either. It was simple and easy to use and not as much of a mess as purple products! I would recommend to family and friends.

I am already an avid user of Redkin products that make my hair so soft and shiny. What I really love about this product is that not only does it leave my hair so incredibly soft, it truly does leave honey blonde color deposits. It easy to apply and do make sure to use gloves, as the dye pigment will transfer. I found that it lasted a good while after use and was truly a unique way to add something different to my hair. My color treated blonde hair that can get both very dry and brassy. This hair mask is honestly one of the best, I have EVER used! It not only is very moisturizing but it also gets rid of those not friendly brassy tones. I use it once a week and absolutely think of the best. I have already purchased more and would 100% recommend this mask!

I didn't notice that my hair color was really any lighter or more blonde, but the gray was all gone. I tried a purple debrassing shampoo and it left my hair slightly pink!!! (which it was NOT supposed to do!!!) This product smells SOOOO GOOD!! It is one of the best smelling products I have ever used. The consistency is rich, thick, and luxurious. I followed the instructions on the back of the tube verbatim. I shampooed my hair like normal, towel dried my hair removing most of the excess moisture, put on gloves, and applied the product. I avoided my scalp as I know the product can stain. The first time I tried it for 5 minutes and the results were visible but minimal. The next time, I opted for the full 10 minutes, and the color was much more noticeable. Very natural looking and my hair looked SO much brighter!!! Highly recommend!!

This product is ultra-pigmented with purple pigments and amazing conditioners that you apply on wet hair, let sit for 5-10 minutes, and wash it out. The result is a much cooler blonde without all the yellow and brassy tones that plague blonde hair.

After two uses (separated by a week), I have not seen any difference in tone of my (balayage blonde) hair. In fact, I experienced no noticeable difference, with the exception of a slightly dryer feel for after use and before my next wash and conditioner use.

If you're concerned about brassy tones, I'm not sure if this is for you. However, I loved the color that it left my hair. I have a couple highlights that are too bright and this toned them down. I just realized part of the directions say to come through your hair before you rinse it out, so I'll have to try that but it didn't seem to make it blotchy or anything by not doing that part. Interesting concept to have a mask to extend color. They have earnings on label to not keep on too long but doesn't mention how much or how little to put on which made me nervous to try & when I did it was very discreet, which was good. If you're looking for soft changes I recommend. Definitely not drastic

The longer you let the mask process, the more intense the color will be. Redken always makes fantastic products, and this is no exception!
