- HOW TO USE
- INGREDIENTS
Wear suitable disposable gloves . Mix product in a well-ventilated area. Put the recommended amount of Blonde IQ™ 8 Lightener or Blonde IQ™ 9+ Lightener and Pro-Oxide Oil Developer 10V (3%), 20V (6%) or 30V (9%) in a non-metallic bowl. Blend until smooth creamy consistency is achieved. Follow mixture ratios carefully, or damage to hair or scalp including irritation, hair loss or chemical burns could occur.

WHAT IS BLONDE IQ?

WHAT IS THE TECHNOLOGY?
Our proprietary Advanced Neutralization Technology is an intelligent dual-action oil complex calibrated to concentrate and guide lightening actives to the deepest level of the cortex. BLONDE IQ 9+ Calibrated Anti-Brass Lightener efficiently drives neutralization power to the hair’s core, breaking down eumelanin and pheomelanin for your most neutralized blonde.
MUST I USE THE DEDICATED DEVELOPER? WHY?
Yes, the lightening powder and oil developer have been specifically calibrated to work as a system to provide the perfect consistency for application and our highest level of lift.
IS THIS PRODUCT FOR ALL HAIR TYPES?
Yes, this product can be used on all hair textures and curl patterns.
WHY IS THERE NO 40 VOLUME?
Even on the darkest levels, BLONDE IQ 9+ Calibrated Anti-Brass Lightener plus the 30V Pro-Oxide Oil Developer provides up to 9 levels of lift.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ACCIDENTALLY LEAVE THE CAP OFF FOR A WHILE? CAN I STILL USE IT?
It is not recommended to continue using developer if the cap has been removed or lost. Without a cap, not only can the strength (active levels of H2O2) degrade, but the formula itself can be affected by contaminants.
COULD I STILL USE DEVELOPER OR COLORANT IF IT ACCIDENTALLY FREEZES?
If you have product that has frozen, allow to fully thaw at room temperature. Do not heat to thaw. When dispensing from tube or bottle inspect for any visible product separation. If no separation is present, you can proceed with applying the product.
CAN I USE GENERIC OR OTHER BRANDS’ DEVELOPERS IF I RUN OUT OF PRO-OXIDE OIL DEVELOPER?
It’s not recommended to do so since different developers contain different ingredients, such as conditioning agents. When used as directed, Redken Pro-Oxide Oil Developers work synergistically with Redken Blonde IQ Lightener to provide the ideal consistency, level of lift, conditioning, and expected performance. If using another developer, these benefits could be compromised.
