Redken Blonde IQ 8 is a dual-action oil-powered system designed for advanced neutralization and up to 8 levels of lift, engineered for precision cream glide with a conditioning-cream texture*. The proprietary technology efficiently drives neutralization power to the hair’s core, breaking down eumelanin and pheomelanin for the most neutralized blonde.


Perfect for a balayage, on-scalp regrowth, and freehand painting, Blonde IQ 8 should only be used with Redken Pro-Oxide Oil Developers (10-30 Volume) to guarantee the precise results you expect.

Redken Blonde IQ 8 delivers 8 levels of lift for the most neutralized blonde, engineered for precision cream glide. Its formulation is suitable for all hair types and textures and maintains curl definition. It’s ideal for stylists seeking a precision cream for balayage, on-scalp regrowth, and freehand painting.

 HOW TO USE
APPLICATION MIX

 1:2 [15g cream : 30ml (1oz) of developer] 

or

1:3 [15g cream : 45ml (1.5oz) developer]

  10 or 20 volume maximum  up to 50 minutes, depending on desired results. do not use heat. do not cover the hair. do not gather in a bun. leave the hair free.

off scalp applications

    HIGHLIGHTS IN FOILS, MECHE, and/or free hand techniques
 1:1.5 [15g cream : 22.5ml (0.76oz) developer] 10, 20, 30 VOLUME MAXIMUM UP TO 50 MINUTES. DO NOT USE HEAT.
1:2 [15g cream : 30ml (1oz) developer] 10 or 20 VOLUME MAXIMUM

Prepare and apply the mix in a well-ventilated area. - Do not use metallic tools (tongs, comb, etc). Prepare the mixture by taking the bleaching cream first and then by adding the oxidant on top of it. Keep the container well-sealed in a dry, well-ventilated area away from heat and light.


Use exclusively with the recommended Redken Pro-Oxide™ Oil Developer, maximum 30 volumes (9%) (maximum 20 volumes (6%) in case of on-scalp application), and the covering accessories indicated.


Mixing ratio: 1:1.5 to 1:3.The use of 30 volume developer is limited to the mixing ratio 1:1.5 for off-scalp application.


Maximum development time: 50 min. Do not apply heat during the development time. - Do not exceed the development time and rinse hair very carefully with lukewarm water. - Use immediately the mixture after preparation and discard any leftover mixture
