Great product, but not for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I LOVE Redken products. And like any other brand, certain products work well and others don't. I have very fine, thin, dark hair that is color treated with blonde highlights. I thought this might be a good product for moisturizing due to the blonde. It made my hair look dull and limp. The mix just wasn't jiving. However, my niece who has color treated blonde hair LOVED this product and ended up taking it home. She also has fine hair, but more color treatment. The rich moisture is just what she needed and made her hair feel soft and nourished. Even though it didn't work for me, I would absolutely recommend this product.

This mask is not only repairing, incorporating keratin/a protein complex, but it’s also moisturizing and hydrating. This leaves my hair like silk. Just MAKE SURE you are applying leave in conditioner, cream, and hair oil when your hair is damp because the wonderful properties this product offers with evaporate the next day. That’s because deep conditioners or hair treatments are made with specific silicones and you need to follow a hair care ROUTINE with all sorts of speciality products. You cannot expect this mask to do everything under the sun. If you want nice hair, you have to invest in a leave in conditioner, hair oil, etc… to lock in that moisture.

New addition to my haircare routine!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had the chance to try Redken All Soft Heavy Cream Mask, thanks to BzzAgent. I have dry, coarse hair, so I was excited to see if it would live up to its claims. I followed the directions and left the cream in my hair for 10 minutes after shampooing and then rinsed it out and styled as usual. I was really pleased with the results! The product had a great consistency, a pleasant smell and left my hair feeling really soft. The only downside is that it takes a bit of time to work. However, this did not detract from the overall results, which I was really pleased with. I've now added this to my hair care routine and I would definitely recommend it to others.

I love this conditioner

I love this conditioner as a deep hydration and refresh for my hair. Especially after back to back days of styling with dry shampoos and hairsprays which contain alcohol and suck the moisture out. Heavy Cream is just that. A heavy hair cream. It's the hair equivalent for the supple feeling your skin gets after using your grandma's thick, heavy night cream. As a licensed Cosmetologist, I used this for years following chemical treatments and for anyone who's hair just needed a little more life put back into it. It is great for all hair types. Just avoid the scalp and focus on the mid-shaft to ends and leave in while you shower to give it some time to work it's magic.

I've used the All Soft Heavy Cream Mask twice now. It's super easy to use, smells great, and has left my hair feeling silky and smooth. The product says to leave it in for 5-15 minutes before rinsing thoroughly which is easy to do while in the shower. Both times I used it I shampooed like normal and then applied the All Soft Heavy Cream Mask. I left it in for 5 minutes while I finished the rest of my shower. Since using it I've noticed less frizz and silkier hair. Highly recommend trying this product!!

I have been using this product for years and years! My hair is curly and I bleach it! I use it almost every day on the bottom half of my hair it is the only thing that keeps it soft and manageable. Earlier this year I couldn't find it at all for a little while and now that it is back in stock you have changed the formula. For me it is now no different than a regular conditioner. It is no longer that thick amazing conditioning treatment that it was. What happened? There a way I can get the old formula? I would love to stock up or I wish you would change it back! I have no idea what to try in place of it

I thought the name was long while not really telling me what the product was for and the instructions were vague. I loved the creamy texture of the product, it felt nice on the hair. The process of using the product (having to get in shower, then towel dry hair, then apply product, wait for 5-15 min, then get back in shower to rinse off) was tedious and not really worth the final outcome. Hair was soft and smooth, but not any more than I notice with a conditioner. Overall a nice product but I don't see the value to adding to my routine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you to Redken for gifting me this great hair mask. The All Soft Heavy Cream is deep conditioning hair treatment for dry and brittle hair. I've used this product for approximately two weeks and have been very pleased with my results. My hair is very dry and brittle from daily styling and routine coloring but after using this mask, my hair is much smoother and soft to the touch. It has argan oil, which also gives a shine to the hair. It has a very clean smell and does not weigh down my hair. I use it on clean towel dried hair and let the products sit for approximately 15 to 20 minutes before rinsing my hair. I will continue to use this mask weekly to help improve the moisture in my hair.

The mask has you use it when your hair is damp then wash out after a lil while. I felt that this was a little time consuming because that meant you would need to hop back into the shower. I did however like the smell and how it made my hair feel after. The only downside is the price is a little steep but a little goes a long way. I was nervous it would make my hair greasy since I have oily skin, but I never had any problems. I used it once a week and could feel a difference in my hair texture in about two weeks.

The only thing I was unsure of with my busy schedule is keeping it on for 10 minutes. Other nests I have tried it was 5 to 7 minutes so I didn't have to take too much time out of my busy mom/ Sports / working schedule. But once I did find the time to use it by the instructions, my hair was much softer and smoother. I also have not had a hair trim and quite some time so it did soften up the edges that were coarse for a while. I will be trying this again once I get my haircut to see hopefully even better results!

I have curly hair (2b/3a, fine) and have tried so many hair masks to try to keep my hair hydrated. This did such a wonderful job adding moisture to my hair without weighing it down. My curls were so juicy and felt incredibly soft. This will be staying in my routine for sure. Also it smells very nice and I loved that I didn't have to keep it on too long. I can put it in and then finish up the rest of my everything shower, rinse it out and be on my way. Really nice product.

My hair was so beautiful and soft the next day (I washed it at night) but it made my hair very heavy. My hair is naturally wavy. If I put effort into it, it would be a bit more than wavy/curly. But this cream made it pretty straight. The day after (I try to go a few days between washing) my hair was very greasy) so I unfortunately couldnt go more than a day without washing which isn't typical for my hair. Overall I think it is a great product and made my hair look and feel so beautiful. I would use it again. It smelled so good. Was very easy to use. And was on par with all my other favorite redken products

Heavenly hair mask!

This hair mask is heavenly. The smell alone is delicious and it feels so luxurious. I have chemically treated, white-blonde wavy hair (naturally dirty blonde), with fine texture. I have a TON of hair though, so I’m prone to some pretty intense tangles and damage. This mask penetrates tangles and knots like butter. My hair looks so healthy and feels so soft and pretty after using it. I put it in my hair after shampooing and leave it in for about 15 minutes while I shave and pamper myself. When I rinse, I have ZERO tangles and gorgeous hair. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was genuinely shocked with this product. I decided to try it out when I used my clarifying shampoo since that tends to dry my hair out a bit. I followed the instructions, putting it in after shampooing (didn't use conditioner, just the mask). I was a bit nervous since I have a very oily scalp (and very dry ends), so I was hoping it wouldn't cause me to be more oily. The slip on this product is amazing!!! I left it on while I shaved my legs in the shower. I let my hair air dry. It is now the second day and my hair feels the same as it did after I washed it! I'm usually oily by now, but I'm not at all & my hair feels so soft. I wasn't expecting to see immediate results after the first use, but I'm so happy. I have included the before and after!

I love this deep conditioner I use it once a week in the shower after my conditioner, I leave it in and do the rest of my shower routine, then I rinse it. I love how soft it is even while rinsing. I do feel it does add moisture when it drys, I use a leave in conditioner on top of that so it really seals all the goodness. It has awesome slip to apply easy, and the scent is not to overwhelming like morcanoil masks. I chose this one over any other deep conditioners I have bought.

It’s no secret that I adore everything Redken puts out on the market, and that stands true for this product as well! This is one of my top favorite high end hair mask! It leaves my hair feeling silky smooth to the touch and looking shiny & healthy! If you’re wanting to splurge on some haircare I would definitely recommend this! I also recommend getting the matching. Shampoo, conditioner,leave in treatment,& hair oil as well! As using the line as a whole did wonders on my chemically processed and colored hair!

I have color treated hair that is both dyed and bleached. I have some split ends and in the winter I have flyaways from static. I actually wet my hair in the sink and put this product in for 15 minutes while I relaxed. And then showered, and I was amazed at how silky smooth my hair was. It seemed coat my hair so that there were no flyways when it dried. It also seemed to have a positive effect on some of the damaged hair. There were absolutely no knots and my hair was silky smooth. I have been using this one time a week for the past few weeks and feel like it is making a progressive change the overall health of my hair.

Thank you,fellow Influensters! I made a poll because I was on the fence about this product. The regular conditioner used to be a go to for me,but it got pricey for me. I am obsessed with coloring my hair fantasy colors and that involves bleach for me as my natural color is very dark and about 75% grey so it's a lot of stress on my hair. This is a deep rich conditioner and it smells amazing. It's a warm comforting scent. My hair deserves a treat and it definitely gets one with this product!

I love Redken All Soft Heavy Cream. If you have trouble with tangles, dry hair, and/or damaged follicles, this is an excellent product. I usually start by washing my hair with shampoo thoroughly and then applying this to my hair for the rest of the shower. (between 10 and 20 minutes) Comb through to get all of my natural hair fallout and then rinse. The only negative is that it does have silicone in it so it isn't the best for curly girl method. You will get frizz on naturally curly hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It smells good but not sickening sweet. I like to put a lot in my shampoo's hair then I sleep with the conditioner in my hair overnight. I rinse it for a long time as if you do not then try to blow dry, style, it is a dull, greasy, tangled mess but when rinsed properly the end result is amazing. It gives shine, smoothness, helps if you have wavy or curly hair. I used to have color treated straight hair but now it is natural color, going silver metallic and white gray which has made my usual straighter or mildly wavy hair more on the curlier or wavier side where it is graying. I want to add that this should be used with Redken's All Soft line shampoo. The conditioner that pairs with the shampoo is fine for every day use. This would be something you can use once or twice a week as a deep conditioning mask.

I have fine hair, so a lot of masks are too heavy and weigh down my hair. This however restored my hair, made it feel smooth and shine. I normally wake up with intense knots in my hair, but after using this mask my hair barely even needed brushed for the following week. I like that the fragrance isn't overpowering and very subtle but pleasant. I feel like I've been to a spa after using this.

I've been looking for a hair mask to improve softness because my hair has been dry from coloring it. I will definitely continue to use this product from time to time. It's definitely not the best feeling ever. I blowed dried my hair afterwards and it was fine, but I don't feel like it did anything to benefit my hair. By the way, i have bleached brown hair. i feel like this would probably be more beneficial to those with virgin hair, or maybe not so damaged. Either way, my hair did not like this mask whatsoever.

This is officially one of the best conditioners i have ever used and i buy alot of expenses products. My hairhas been coloured, thinning and breaking and this literally rescued it when i was in tears over the state of my hair. It instantly feels softer and steonger and my hair has reduced in breakage. Use with the shampoo which is great as well. I never write reviews but really felt i had to for this product, use it once a week as it is quite strong! Beautiful product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love using this product. I received a full size sample from Redken through the BzzAgent sampling program and was very excited to try it. I curl my hair everyday and color it regularly so my hair has become somewhat damaged over the years. This hair mask left my hair feeling amazingly soft and light. I use it about once a week and it works especially well on days that I need to use blue shampoo. It adds so much softness and silkiness to my stiff and dry hair!

Redkin's Heavy Cream is great if you live in the dry, hot desert. It's specially suited for very dry hair and does a good job moisturizing. If you live in a humid area with 40% or higher than this product won't produce the best results due to the moisture factor in the air - It might leave your hair weighted down, limp and dull (accumulated product build-up). For humid climates, I recommend Redken Frizz Dismiss Instant Deflate Oil-In-Serum With Babassu Oil.

Very Smoothing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like to replace my regular conditioner with this several times a week. First of all, smells amazing like all of their other products I've tried! Next, it's extremely smoothing & hydrating but doesn't leave a greasy look or feel at all! This works on my baby fine, medium length bleached hair and even better on my sister's hair which is extremely course, curly, and heat damaged. I seriously think all hair types would love and benefit from this stuff.

Soft & smooth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this product for a couple of months now, it's a product for dry, brittle hair so definitely what I feel my hair is like these days. It's a treatment so I put it on for about 15 mins sometimes a little longer and then I let my hair air dry before I style it. I feel it leaves my hair very soft & smooth gives it some body and it smells fantastic. I do think it could do better on the anti-frizz situation but otherwise it's lovely. I do like it.

I have used this for years, it makes all the difference. I have wavy hair that frizzes up and looks bad without it. I don't even rinse it out hardly. I just put on a ton after shampoo and gently dry with an old soft cotton tshirt and I have NEW hair (thank Rachel). I can't straighten or blowdry or use hard water either. Mine is graying now, and it has the same drying effect as all that lightening and straightening did. Really, it act like a miracle.

I was nervous buying this, I got the all soft conditioner as a sample and was using as a mask, I really liked it and when it came time to order I wasn't sure if I should get the conditioner Or the mask I have super fine and thin hair and didn't want it to weigh my hair down. I bought the mask and it was great!!! I use it about every, or every other time I wash my hair and it's never been weighed down! My hair is soft and hydrated thanks to this!!!

i bought this because the ends of my hair were very brittle and dry - at first i thought they were damaged but i went to my hair salon and they told me that the rough texture was from being dry, most likely because i moved to a town with harder water. my stylist then recommended i use this hair mask in the shower for about ten minutes, and my hair drastically improved!! it felt very soft and back to how it was before i moved, would recommend!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bleached my hair several times and I put color in it pretty often because I have fantasy colors. So my hair is pretty dry. First time I used this product I loved the way my hair felt afterwards. A couple days later it was still soft! After a few more uses I noticed that my hair looked like it was improving! It stayed soft, less frizzy and because of that made my color stand out more! It made it easier to go longer between washes too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical about using this hair mask as I have tried several before. I was pleasantly surprised to see how soft it made my hair. I also used it on my daughter's hair, which is very curly and gets tangled often. The mask really helped with softening our hair and making it more manageable this far easier to comb through. I would definitely recommend this mask for anyone who is looking for overall moisture or even a detangling aspect.
