[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is honestly one of my favorite items that I have gotten to try. Overall, I was supper surprised as I had never heard of this product. I have oily scalp and wavy hair that’s easily frizzy. The first time I used this set everyone noticed how wavy my hair actually was. It was not weighed down by heavy product and felt soft and looked great. As someone who highlights my hair I always struggle with split ends. This seems to be a great option for me! I am unsure if I like this better then it’s a 10 keratin leave in. I think it goes well with the product line but I generally use a heavier product as I have a lot of fine hair that’s matted easily.

Adds softness and shine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While it does soften, add shine and seem to help by dry ends it didn't really control the frizz at all. I have fine, thick, long hair that curls and usually have fall out. I didn't notice as much breakage after using this, my ends seem to be more nourished but still a little dry and my overall hair felt moisturized. It did help detangle my hair a lot. The leave in treatment didn't weigh down my hair and my hair still feels soft and non-greasy the next day. The product smells pleasant too. I think if I were to use the entire system I would probably see better results. Overall, the product is good but my hair was left with too much frizz for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really am impressed with the overall performance of this and how good it smells. My hair is really damaged due to highlights, temporary bright fashion colors and color removers. This stuff has been a life saver and just at the right time. It is not a full recovery for my hair but it is in the right direction. I like that it is easy to apply, light weight and does not leave my hair sticky, crunchy or heavy. It also does not make my hair greasy after the first day. It has helped reduce the drying time as well since my hair used to take forever to dry due to the level of damage. I will be using this from now on. Thanks for introducing me to this.

works well but not the best out there

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was actually pretty impressed with Redken's Acidic Perfecting Concentrate leave in treatment. I definitely noticed an improvement in breakage, smoothness, frizz, and less visible split ends. I also liked that it provides significant heat protection as well (up to 450!!). I think this treatment works pretty well and I was surprised by how much improvement I saw but I gotta be honest and say it still doesn't stand up to my Olaplex bond treatment. Overall, this is an impressive product from Redken that is effective but I'll be sticking with my holy grail Olaplex that works absolute miracles (despite the hefty price tag..it's well worth it)!

It did help with heat protection I decided to risk possibly frying my hair I used this after I dried my hair a bit with a towel then I straightened my hair with a flat iron at 450°. I didn't get the burning hair smell or feel like my hair got damaged from the product. I am pleased with this product. I can't say for sure if it is intense conditioning. It does smell really good though the scent won't linger after you style your hair in case you are worried about that. I will continue to use this product I will be using this product everytime I need to style my hair with a straightener, curling iron, or blow dry my hair.

I have color treated hair and damaged dry hair, so I was very excited when I received this product and I read all the benefits of this particular product. This product works exactly how it says it will. Within three washes in use of this product/leave in conditioner, my hair felt so smooth, strong, and hydrated. An additional bonus of this leave in conditioner is the smell and how easy it is to apply. I will definitely purchase this this product when I run out. I would highly recommend this product anyone even those don’t color or bleach their hair.

Odd name but it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say the "acidic bonding" language put me off initially- I was afraid it would mess up my color or the keratin treatment ... it said it was safe for colored hair so I took the plunge. I got my hair damp, put about 2 tablespoons in my slightly longer than shoulder length hair and waited about 7 minutes, rinsed it out. Washed & conditioned. I used the leave in product before I dried my hair. My hair is wavy and gets frizzy in the humidity (I live in SC where it's VErY humid). My hair became really soft, and pretty resistant to the humidity. Also - it didn't look greasy after 2 or 3 days. I keep touching its- it's really soft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product to try in exchange for an honest review. This shampoo is thick and luxe. My hair wasn’t too tangled after using it, which is not usually the case after shampooing! I have thin, color treated hair that is prone to breakage. I let my hair air dry to avoid heating tools as much as possible, but air drying always leaves my hair frizzy/fluffy which I then have to straighten anyway. My hair was so soft and sleek after use. I didn’t have to spend as much time straightening it! As with most Redken products the scent is nice, like a fruity scent, although it's not very strong and doesn’t last long on the hair. I will purchase this again!

Amazing leave in conditioner

First of all, it is not only hydrating and nourishing my hair but it also works as a heat protectant which eliminates the need for 2 separate products. Big perk! I use this at least 2-3 times a week and it has helped restore my hair from the brittle dry color treated hair to silky smooth hair. I've also noticed a big reduction in split ends since starting to use this product. I love how healthy and strong this product leaves my hair feeling and it remains this way for multiple days, even after washing it. The smell is also really nice, it's refreshing and not overwhelming. I will most definitely be purchasing this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used this product one time so far; I have very long, very thick hair so I will probably only get two total uses out of it. I’m not sure about the longterm effects of it but I will say it left my hair feeling like there was product left in it almost like a gel. My hair has sort of a “crunchy” feeling to it which I’m not a huge fan of because normally I don’t put products in my hair for styling. My hair was also frizzy after using it; I’m not sure if more so than usual or the same amount as normal but definitely not less so. I did like the smell of the product and it was easy to distribute the product throughout my hair.

Great for damaged hair!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is great for anyone with damaged hair! I have bleached hair that I straighten almost every day, so it has quite a bit of damage. I've been using this leave in treatment along with the shampoo and conditioner from the same line and it has been great! My hair is looking and feeling healthier than ever and my natural curls are coming back. Normally my hair dries all frizzy and poofy after the shower but since using this, my curls are more defined and they are soft and shiny! This adds the perfect amount of extra moisture after showering! I 100% recommend to anyone with damaged hair looking to repair some of that damage!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this Leave-in treatment twice now after a wash, and once as a refresh. It leaves my curls soft, helps with halo frizz (as much as any product can in Louisiana), and helps my curls stay in structured clumps. After washing, I apply a small amount and brush through with my Denman Brush, and then lightly scrunch; then follow the rest of my routine.
For refreshing (picture included is after a refresh): I apply a TINY amount in my palm and then spray water into my hands. I smooth over my curls and finger roll curls that need to be restructured, and then let air dry.
No crunchy feeling, no heaviness, no weird scalp issues!

I have relatively healthy

I have relatively healthy bleached hair. My hair is thick and very long. However, because my hair is bleached, I have high porosity hair (I recommend looking into what this means!). When my hair is in protein overload, it is prone to extreme breakage and it is damaged at times. I do not use any heat on it. (Hair rollers are a must!). Anyway, I started using this shampoo-conditioner-leave in conditioner set because my hair was in protein overload. It makes my hair so smooth, healthy, and extremely shiny. My routine is: Olaplex No. 3 for one hour; this Redken shampoo; this Redken conditioner (leave it in hair for an hour); and this Redken leave in conditioner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Olaplex for a long time and after one use of trying this along with the intensive treatment, I noticed a difference in my hair. I had noticably less frizz and my hair felt so much softer after it dried. I do wish they had better instructions on how much you need because I have long thick hair and im not sure if im using the correct amount of product. It would have been nice to try the shampoo and conditioner along with it to get the full effect. I don't know if I would ever purchase them since I was happy with the outcome of just using this and the intensive treatment. I would highly reccomend trying both of them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Redken Acidic Perfecting Concentrate Leave-in Treatment for Damaged Hair had a gel texture. My hairs length is mid back and while damp i applied a quarter sized amount to my hair and worked it through. It felt really lightweight in my hair and made my hair feel soft and airy. The heat protectant benefits saved me a step and this also helped to hydrate my hair. The 5% Conditioning Care Complex helped to strengthen my hair and prevent any breakage or split ends! I was impressed with how well this made my hair look and feel. Compared to other haircare products this Redken worked much better and i would highly reccomend!

My hair used to be rough, brittle and a lot of split ends. Since I started using this...especially the conditioner and leave in treatment...my hair feels and looks a lot more smooth and healthy.
The smell of the products aren't overbearing like some other acidic bonding hair products I've tried before. I absolutely love the leave-in treatment. I didn't have to use much and it leaves my hair feeling soft and silky...even after using the hair dryer and flat iron on it.
I've definitely found my new go to hair treatment.

After my first application I noticed my hair was easy to manage/style soft and has a shine. I have very fine and thin hair so I am overly concerned about adding too many products to my hair because it can weigh it down. Thankfully I had no issues and it didn't make my hair look greasy. It was very easy to incorporate into my showering routine. It smells AMAZING and lasts all day long. A little product goes a long way. I really like how it has a heat protectant benefit as well. I really like using this product 2-3 times a week when I'm blow-drying my hair. It really just brings my hair back to life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this product a couple times. It has a heavy floral smell. Basically like your typical salon product scent but heavy. Not my favorite but I don’t hate it. The consistency is a little bit watery. I would like it a little thicker so I feel like it’s really grabbing my hair and protecting it. I have used it a few times and I don’t feel like it’s NOT working??? Upon application and then using the blow dryer, I do feel like it makes my hair softer and silkier, but I feel like it is a, “works better the more you use it” product and it was a sample size and I have long thick hair so it didn’t last long for me. I would recommend trying it for yourself for sure!!

Acceptable but not extravagant

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This smells just like the matching shampoo and conditioner. I like that It’s a squeeze tube and it does flow smoothly. The texture is similar to a balm. It doesn’t weigh my hair down which is nice. I will say that it isn’t very satisfying in terms of hydration. The first line under leave in treatment says, “intense conditioning,” and I just don’t find that to be very true in my case. It’s not bad but there’s just room for it to do more. I can’t say I’d recommend it though. I mean if you have it or want to try it out, that’s cool. If you’re on the fence, then I’d say skip it and find something else. I kept thinking it was my straightener that was broken and that’s why my hair wasn’t straightening the way it used to… But then I used this product and I realized it wasn’t my straighter that needed to be changed, I just needed to add a product like this into my routine to help tame the frizz and lock in the moisture. Great for damaged hair

After using the acidic bond in the shower, I let my hair air dry for a bit before putting this product on my ends to my mid lengths. It doesn’t make my hair feel greasy or heavy at all. In fact, it’s very lightweight, you just need a dime size to spread around. I then use my blow dryer to dry it a bit more. This claims to be a heat protectant as well. I feel like it does protect the hair and leaves it smelling like you left the salon. Love this for my damaged lightened hair and helps tremendously on the road to recovery of my damaged ends.

I have highlighted and somewhat dry hair and in addition to that I’m a runner in Florida, which means sweaty tangled hair… I have used this treatment in conjunction with their shampoo and conditioner but this is what makes the biggest difference! My hair is manageable, looks smooth, feels soft and looks shiny after applying the treatment. I had my hair appointment yesterday and my hair stylist complemented my hair and how healthy it looked even though it’s been a really long time since I had a trim (mom of an infant and a toddler here!) I will for sure be purchasing this product!

It’s thick, coarse, and I pretty much burn it every chance I get trying to get it straight. My hair gets a daily beating, so what better way to salvage it by giving it a daily replenishment of moisture. I’m not sure how the acid bonding works but my hair is way less dry using this product. It’s started to get that silky feeling back instead of what usually feels like hay that has been sitting out in the sun. Easy to use. Product isn’t too thick or too thin. Doesn’t weigh down my hair or feel like residue left behind. Recommend.

I did see that the leave in-treatment helped when styling my hair with heat. The cream is thick and the smell is not too great in my opinion. Smells like salon hair dye. A little goes along way and you have to use on damp hair before you can style it. It helped with my frizzy hair, split ends and added some shine to it. The price is a little too expensive for me but I guess you can spend it once in a while to restore your hair.

perfect finish for the line

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a daily heat-styler, I don’t have dyed hair, and my hair is pretty free from damage. This whole system was nice, but didn’t seem to help me much. Then, I let my mom give it a try.
She dyes her hair. Heat-styles it regularly. Has an issue with breakage.
This was gold for her. Her hair looks amazing. So soft, less breakage, not weighted down, and smells great. And she’s been able to go longer in between dye-jobs. The leave-in really seems to help for extra conditioning. She’s so pleased, and has already bought more for when she runs out.
This is great for those with dyed, frequently heat-styled, damaged hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have very fine hair so I am very particular on what after-wash products I put on my hair. My hair gets weighed down VERY easily. My hair has some heat damage at the ends and is prone to breakage.
It helps that this was an “all in one” leave-in with moisture, heat protection & smoothing. That way, I don’t have to use 4 different products. The scent was very nice without being overpowering. The consistency seemed 75% cream, 25% serum-y. My hair feels light and airy the next day & NOT GREASY. I’ll be adding this to my weekly routine! I love that Redken has an entire Acidic Bonding system to create a regimen out of.

Game Changer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hair has been bleached, heat damaged and is naturally porous and textured so a reparative hair care routine is extremely important. Ive tried drugstore brands, keratin treatments, Olaplex and finally now Redken and I must say I am impressed!
As for results after almost a month of use... I honestly feel that it is a darn close dupe for Olaplex. My hair sleek, smooth and way less frizzy! I also noticed I could go nearly 5 days without washing and I didn't have a gross mess, my hair still looked great!
I highly recommend this for damaged, over-processed hair with frizz and breakage due to bleach and/or heat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm extremely happy with this Acidic Bonding Concentrate Leave-In Treatment! You don't need a lot of the treatment to see wonderful results. I use this leave-in treatment right after washing my hair. I use about a quarter size and was surprised how rich it is! Right away you can feel the softness in your hair. The most drastic result I saw from using this treatment is a reduction in frizz. These were the results that I was looking for and like the definition I see in my curls. I'd love to keep this treatment in my hair routine! I got this product for free in exchange for writing this review (lucky to try it)!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little skeptical about trying this product, as it seems this is a 4 product line and I received the pre shampoo and the leave in conditioner, but even with just the two products you can truly feel a difference with your hair after one use. I prewashed with this product, used a cheap shampoo and conditioner, and once I got out of the shower I used a nickel sized amount of the leaves in conditioner. My hair felt AH-MAZING after! If you're like me and only wash your hair once a week, I would probably use this every 3rd wash. It does have BHA's in it, which means you do not want to expose your hair or scalp to the sun after using this. Other than that it's a great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i’ve even trying to find a shampoo and conditioner combo that works for my hair type for years now. i’ve got fine, thin, color treated hair that is prone to breakage the longer it gets. I find that most shampoos either don’t leave my hair feeling healthy or are too heavy on my fine/thin hair and leave it feeling greasy or unclean. I absolutely love it. my hair genuinely feels softer/healthier after each wash and it lathers really nicely so a little goes a long way. my hair is collarbone length and I don’t need to use anymore than the size of a small coin. if you have similar hair type I would highly recommend

I bleach and color my own hair myself. So I was very excited when I read the benefits of these products. They work EXACTLY how they say they will. I use the mask 1x a week & the leave on treatment 2x a week. My hair looked and felt so soft after the 1st use. I love the smell of the products and how easy they are to apply. I will definitely purchase these 2 after I run out. I would recommend these products to anyone, even those who don't Color or bleach their hair.

I received the shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in treatment compliments of Redken and Influenster for my honest review! The leave-in has a light, pleasant scent similar to the shampoo and conditioner. A small amount of product goes a long way and will keep your hair looking smooth, glossy, and healthy! The leave in protects against heat and does not weigh your hair down! Also helps with detangling! I have bleach blond hair and these products keep my blonde looking healthy, bright and icy! Highly recommend this product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this product several times and I would say that it’s worth a try! Immediately after use, my hair feels softer and smells much nicer. I also love that this product doesn’t weigh down my hair or make it oily. Once it’s dry, I’ve also noticed that my hair looks and feels less frizzy. Unfortunately, my hair doesn't feel significantly stronger, and my split ends haven't noticeably decreased. It's worth noting that I have extensive heat and bleach damage, so I didn't necessarily expect this product to completely transform my hair. For the price point, l am unsure if I will repurchase this in the future.

Really made a difference for my hair!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate for several days, applying it to my damp hair after shampooing & conditioning, my hair felt much more healthy, softer, not as dry & brittle, and it looked very well kept. I have really long, thick hair & I usually get a color & cut every few months, but for the past 3 months I haven't been able to for financial reasons. My hair has grown out a good bit & was looking a bit dull, dry, with split ends & breakage. But this stuff helped with all that. I have always really liked Redken products & as usual this product held up to their high standards. Great Stuff!!
