Great product but WHERE ARE THE COOL TONES??
I have sworn by the shades EQ cream for years. What's unfortunate is that the cool tones (which were brilliant and so hard to find on the market) seem to have been phased out. 7NGr was an absolutely perfect cool/ash light brown. All the browns in the line now are yellow and red. I can't understand why Redken would make that choice when the cool/ash market is so underserved.
Yes, I recommend this product.
