I have dry, thin, brittle hair that stays dull and lifeless no matter what I do... With that being said, this has literally been a life saver for my hair! It has made my hair so soft, silky, and shiny without weighing it down. No build up whatsoever while still being super moisturizing. Plus, I love the dual chamber technology! You only have to press right in the middle on the back to combine both of the formulas to create this miracle cream. Absolutely revolutionary! Plus it smells incredible. I cannot recommend this product enough.

If you have dry, brittle, damaged hair that needs a lot of TLC, this is my favorite mask to use and recommend! Its a dual mask, so it has two masks in one. One targets damage and the other targets hydration. I love this product because it has just enough protein to help your hair but more ingredients to help keep your hair super soft and healthy! Hands down my holy grail to saving my platinum hair.

This does a better job of deep conditioning than their heavy cream, but I think it could still be a little better in terms of hydration. I don't love the smell, but it's not terrible. It is frustrating that you have to squeeze the tube a certain way to make sure both formulas come out. I feel like I often get one or the other, even though I'm squeezing on the dot marked on the back of the bottle.

I’ve used this product for a few years now and I love how moisturized it leaves my hair after I use it. Usually I leave it in my hair to dry without rinsing but once in a while I’ll use it and then rinse after 5 minutes like the instructions tell you to. I think this is a great hair mask to keep your hair healthy in between salon visits, especially if you use heat on your hair or get it colored!

This has an amazing smell and makes my hair soft. I am constantly running my fingers through my hair when I use this. Another positive point to mention is that my natural hair color is dark brown and currently I am a platinum blond! Needless to say my hair is damaged and dry and this still makes my hair feel and look amazing. I am constantly buying redken products because they never disappoint

I love, love, love this conditioner! I used it after I bleached my hair and it literally saved my hair! I could actually brush it and it didn't get too greasy looking and feeling. I have since bought the larger size bottle and the shampoo. I still use it but not as often because my hair isn't as dry. I highly recommend this product.

This is a great product for dry hair that needs a boost. It made my hair really soft. Light scent that's not overpowering at all so for those who don't like scents this would be good. It's expensive though for so little product I just wish it came in a bigger bottle because I always use a lot of conditioner.

I won this in a gift basket and I really like it. I didn’t like the packaging too well because it’s a screw off lid. Your hands are slippery and you end up dropping the cap all over the place. But I usually leave it on about 15 minutes under a shower cap. It makes my hair feel more stronger and softer.
