Acidic Grow Full System Densifying Conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The conditioner felt good to apply to the hair. With a semi thick consistency that coats the hair nicely and requires to leave in for 3 minutes. It has a pleasant fragrance and initially it felt amazing. The day after I washed my hair my scalp was extremely itchy and dry with no flakes. It could be that I’m based in Southern California where it’s dry or low humidity and / or this being the first time I’ve used a ph balance product. I did use it as a second time three days later and again my scalp was very itchy due to dryness scalp and lucky with no dandruff. This probably better for use either once a month or in a more humidity environment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very impressed with the Redken Acidic Grow Full system. The conditioner is rich and thick. I only apply it to my ends, and it smooths out my hair and makes it easy to brush out after washing my hair. It has a light floral scent that is nice and not overpowering. Because the product is so rich, a little goes a long way! This bottle will last a long time because even just a quarter-size amount is enough for my chest-length hair. It pairs perfectly with the shampoo, serum, and spray. I have fine hair that easily gets greasy, so I’m quite picky with my conditioners, but this one didn’t leave me greasy and gives my fine hair so much volume!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I HATE the packaging of this line…the conditioner packaging is small, only 10oz, and has a micro thin flip top which was almost impossible to open in shower. Wish it had more of a traditional push button or pump to dispense product. Conditioner was good, but not mind blowing. My hair texture didn’t feel any different after using this - just like any other conditioner. It has a super light, mildly chemically fragrance. It was easy to apply to strands with its “thicker than lotion but thinner than cream” texture. I would think it might do something with consistent use; however, it’s a luxury prograde for me, so I’d only be using for special ocassions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely loved this conditioner! The consistency of it was perfect. I put it in my hair and left in for a few minutes then rinsed it out. I could feel the softness as it was in my hair doing the work. It has a nice clean scent to it. I did struggle a bit getting the conditioner out of the bottle after a few uses unless I kept the bottle upside down. I love the vibrant color of the bottle and the flat lid made it convenient to keep it upside down in the shower. I feel like it helped strengthen my hair and hydrated it as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am obsessed with the Redken Acidic Grow Full System Conditioner!! I never wash my hair without it now. The full system works to add hydration and balance your scalp. It adds density by coating hair fibers, which reduces breakage too. I use this conditioner after rinsing off the shampoo. Then, I apply it to wet hair and let it soak in for three minutes. This is my me time, such good quality me time! After I finish my shower, I use the system’s serum and spray too. My hair has been looking and feeling so healthy and happy recently! I like the design of the bottles and find them easy to use. I’d recommend using the conditioner right before you’re done showering too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Instant volume! In combo with the shampoo I saw instant volume after first use. Conditioner coats each hair and takes some extra work to completely rinse out. Hair is left silky and smooth. Without styling products, volume can lean towards frizzy but with product hair has great added volume. Packaging has room for improvement. Scent is mild and earthy. The lids are terrible. I have broken both finger nails and cut my thumb trying to get the lid open. I had to pour into a reusable container to continue use because the bottles were so frustrating. I would use this product again but would not buy in this bottle again.

The consistency is creamy but not too thick, so it spreads easily through my hair without feeling heavy. I’ve noticed it really helps smooth my hair and makes it easier to detangle, especially after shampooing. My end feel softer and less dry, and my hair looks a bit shinier overall. It also doesn’t weigh my hair downs which is a big plus for me. The only reason I’m not giving in 5 stars is the price. It’s a little pricey for how often I use conditioner. But overall. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the whole line including shampoo, conditioner, scalp serum, and densifying spray and I can say it definitely adds volume to your hair. I have fine thinning hair and while this line did not prevent shedding like my usual routine, it adds volume to strands and prevents breakage breakage. The shampoo and conditioner have light lemony scent to them which I like because it’s not overpowering. The conditioner is thick and luxurious so it feels more like a deep conditioner or hair mask. It is very moisturizing. I would recommend this line to anyone looking for volume and strength for their fine hair, but not necessarily someone who is experiencing extensive shedding or loss.
